Factors 1 and 2: shape and site conditions

Factor 3: Accuracy requirements and inspection location
“越精准越好”不是可执行的验收要求。外观参考面、安装孔、配合轴和装配基准的重要程度不同，应分别说明目标与用途，让投入集中在真正影响后续使用的位置。
设备标称参数也不等于每个零件、每个位置的最终交付结果。采集条件、模型重建、测量基准和复核方法都需要考虑。报价应约定可检查的关键项目，而不是只写一个没有适用条件的精度数字。
Factor 4: Which step to deliver to?
只交扫描网格，与交付曲面、实体、工程图或改型设计，是不同工作范围。客户如果希望后续开模、加工或改结构，应在询价时说明，不要到交付后才发现需要追加重建。
建议报价单区分采集、数据整理、模型重建、改型与出图，并注明格式及版本。即使采用打包报价，也要明确交付物，让不同供应商的报价具备可比性。
Factors five and six: verification and modification scope
是否需要关键尺寸报告、偏差比对、样件回装或手板验证，会影响工时安排。客户要求的交期、修改轮次和后续设计变更，也应与原始任务区分。
例如，纠正已确认范围内的建模问题，与客户改变产品用途后新增结构，并不是同一类修改。把这部分说清楚，不是增加沟通门槛，而是让双方在交付过程中有一致预期。

可以先提供样件照片、尺寸范围、数量、关键位置、用途、文件格式和目标时间。资料暂时不完整也可以沟通，但应把不确定项保留下来，待实物检查后再确认。
