Before opening the mold, confirm the parting, demoulding, surface and assembly requirements. After the mold trial, check the problems with the sample, and then proceed with mold repair and production confirmation.

The mold structure, number of mold cavities, materials and mold trial rounds determine the scheduling. When quoting, please specify the arrangements for mold opening, testing samples, mold repair and injection molding production.

The two parts are evaluated separately. The cost of the mold is related to the structure and mold cavity. The unit price of injection molding is also affected by the material, unit weight, processing cycle, quantity and post-processing requirements.
