YOUR NEEDS
Suitable for these needs
- 01Before opening the mold, the appearance and assembly need to be confirmed
- 02Structural revision requires trial installation verification
- 03Physical samples required for display, review or testing
04 / PROTOTYPING
First make a visible and fitable sample, and discover problems before opening the mold.
Single entrustment is possible · Can be connected to subsequent R&D and processing
Service content
Select 3D printing, CNC prototype or other suitable proofing methods according to the verification goals. You can check the appearance proportions, parts coordination and usage, and you can also complete the assembly inspection of the complete machine prototype in conjunction with electronic devices.
YOUR NEEDS
YOUR DELIVERABLES
Three-dimensional model, engineering drawings and key dimensions
Purpose, material, quantity and appearance requirements
Required parts and testing requirements
Look at pictures and actual work
Advancing around specific products and uses, each stage has results that need to be confirmed.

Check key coordination and structural issues in advance to reduce repetitions in subsequent mold development.

Check the fixing, matching and assembly and disassembly spaces, and record the problems found in the physical state.

Organize the parts that need adjustment into the same list, and then update the design document.
Confirm whether the sample is for appearance or testing
Examine documents to determine materials and production methods
Processing and post-processing, inspection of samples
Trial installation and verification, feedback on issues that need adjustment
Confirm first before starting work
Workmanship, size, quantity, surface treatment and assembly requirements all affect lead time. Production will be arranged after the documents are confirmed; materials and equipment schedules must be checked first for expediting.
Send information and evaluate the project ↗First look at the purpose, materials, structure, appearance and budget. Printing can be evaluated for complex shapes and early trial assemblies; CNC and other methods can be evaluated for samples that specify engineering plastics, metals or require specific processing surfaces.
Usually requires modeling first. We can provide physical objects, dimensional sketches or product requirements, and first evaluate reverse copying, appearance or structural design, and then proceed to sample production.
Communicate directly with your product owner
Send photos, drawings or requirements descriptions, and confirm together how to do it, what to deliver, and how long it will take.
