You are not required to write a complete technical document first, product photos, dimensions and usage can be used as a starting point for communication.
Is it okay to just do one of these?
Yes. Copying, design, proofing, molding, hardware and assembly can be commissioned individually on a project-by-project basis. If you already have drawings or prototypes, you can also continue from the current stage.
How to determine the quotation and construction period?
First look at the photos, samples or drawings, confirm the materials, quantity, delivery documents, modification scope and time requirements, and then give the plan and schedule. Design fees, sample fees, mold fees and batch processing fees are stated separately.
What do I need to prepare before consultation?
Explain what the product does, whether you have an idea or a physical drawing, how much you plan to do, and when you hope to get the results. Important dimensional, material and functional requirements are provided together.
Product information needs to be kept confidential, how to communicate?
First use photos or outlines that do not involve core details to communicate the scope; negotiate confidentiality agreements when necessary, and then provide complete drawings, samples, and functional information.
