Requirements:
- Be proficient in using Rhino or CREO to create product appearance models, be able to use KeyShot to produce renderings, and be able to adjust materials and lighting by yourself.
- Able to make plans based on product size, internal components and usage methods, and complete sketches, three-dimensional modeling and color matching.
- Can check surface connection and highlight trend, and can handle details of subassembly lines, buttons, interfaces and decorative parts.
- Understand materials such as ABS, PC, and aluminum alloys, and know the basic limitations of oil injection, tanning, silk screen printing, and anodizing.
- When comparing drawings with structural engineers, the appearance can be modified based on wall thickness, assembly and mold opening opinions, and the renderings should not be regarded as final delivery.
- Able to follow up on the color, texture and assembly gaps of the prototype, discover any inconsistencies with the design and provide modification suggestions.
- Please bring 2-3 complete works to the interview to explain the parts you have completed; experience in consumer electronics and small home appliance projects is more suitable.

Product structure engineer

Requirements:
- Proficient in using CREO, can parametric modeling, assembly constraints and engineering drawings; can check model regeneration and associated parts after modifying dimensions.
- It is possible to independently complete the shell, screw columns, reinforcement ribs, buckles, sealing grooves and other structures, rather than just changing a few holes on the existing model.
- The PCB, battery, interface and wiring harness positions will be arranged, and the plug-in and unplug space, heat dissipation space and assembly sequence will be checked.
- Be familiar with the wall thickness, draft angle, parting surface and shrinkage issues of plastic parts, and be able to complete basic mold opening inspections before releasing the board.
- It can allocate tolerances according to the fit relationship and deal with assembly problems such as uneven gaps, misalignment, looseness and interference.
- We will produce two-dimensional engineering drawings with standard definition dimensional datum, key tolerances, material and surface requirements to ensure that the drawings are consistent with the three-dimensional version.
- Be familiar with hardware, inserts, threads and fastening methods, and be able to judge whether processing and assembly are convenient.
- After the prototype is returned, you can try it out, measure and modify the drawings yourself, and record the dimensions, parameters and affected parts before and after modifications.
- Ability to follow up on mold trial feedback and confirm the mold modification location and dimensions with the mold master, rather than just verbally saying “fix it again”.
- Bring a desensitized structure project to the interview and explain the process from design, proofing, modification to delivery.

Reverse copying engineer

Requirements:
- Be able to operate a handheld 3D scanner and select acquisition methods according to part size, surface condition and measurement purpose.
- Can handle misaligned splicing, missing surfaces, reflective and blocked areas, and know which positions need to be scanned or reviewed with measuring tools.
- Proficient in using reverse engineering software such as Geomagic Design
- Can do point cloud cleaning, mesh repair, section extraction, surface reconstruction and deviation comparison, and does not directly deliver rough meshes as finished products.
- Able to identify planes, cylinders, hole positions and assembly datums, reasonably restore design dimensions, and avoid mechanical copy wear and deformation.
- will adjust the surface control points and boundaries, handle seams, sharp corners and curvature changes, taking into account the shape and subsequent processing.
- Familiar with the use of STEP, IGES, STL, checking units, orientation, physical integrity and critical dimensions before delivery.
- Can confirm with the customer whether to measure, modify, draw or reprocess, and then determine the modeling and delivery requirements.
- Can cooperate with on-site measurement; please present a desensitization case from scan data to final model during the interview.

Electronic hardware engineer

Requirements:
- Proficient in using Altium Designer or similar EDA software, able to draw schematics, PCB and organize BOM independently.
- Familiar with microcontroller peripherals, power management, charging protection and common interface circuits, and can make device selection according to needs.
- Understand decoupling, return paths, and analog/digital circuit layout, and be able to take into account interface locations and heat dissipation when laying out the board.
- Can use oscilloscopes, multimeters and electronic loads to check problems, and can locate abnormal power supply, unstable communication and device heating.
- Be able to check the board frame, mounting holes, device height and connector location with the structural engineer to avoid failure to install the sample when it comes back.
- Will organize production data, test points and debugging records, and clearly mark substitute materials and version changes.
- Have experience in prototype debugging, small batch trial production, and EMC rectification cooperation, and can follow up on issues until they pass retesting.
- During the interview, explain a hardware project that you are responsible for. There is no need to provide confidential information such as schematic diagrams of previous units.

Embedded software engineer

CNC Programmer

Requirements:
- Proficient in using at least one of UG NX, Mastercam, and PowerMill, and have experience in programming plastic prototypes or aluminum alloy parts.
- Can analyze three-dimensional models, two-dimensional tolerances and surface requirements, and independently arrange roughing, semi-finishing and finishing processes.
- Able to disassemble parts, perform process repairs, and retain clamping positions, and be able to judge the processing risks of thin walls, deep cavities, and small rounded corners.
- The speed, feed, depth of cut and allowance can be set according to the material and tool, and the vibration knife, knife flick and knife connection marks can be processed.
- Familiar with three-axis clamping and turning positioning, and able to write clear processing orders, tool orders and reference instructions.
- Check the tool path, margin and collision risk before running the program, and check the post-processing output with the on-site machine tool requirements.

- The coordinate system will be established, the probe will be calibrated, a safe path will be set, and the program will be checked for collision risks.
