The expansion of the vehicle market does not mean that any accessories can be universal. For car interiors, brackets, trim parts and vehicle-mounted equipment, model boundaries, installation standards and reassembly verification determine whether a piece of design data can truly enter the next step.
With the growth of new energy vehicles, why should component development focus on adaptation first?
Let’s look at the conclusion first
- Industry sales growth is not an order forecast for individual parts.
- First confirm the car model, year and installation relationship, and then build a usable model.
- Matching appearance does not mean reliable assembly, and the sample needs to be returned to the actual position for verification.

工信部公布的中汽协数据中，2025 年新能源汽车销量为 1,649 万辆，比上年增长 28.2%。这里是汽车行业销量口径，并非国内终端上牌量，更不是某类内饰或改装件的销量。
协创人的判断是，市场变化提供了观察窗口，但客户的机会要具体到车型、人群和安装位置。一个车内收纳件、一套中控外壳和一个设备支架，需要解决的空间、操作与装配问题完全不同，不能只因为属于“新能源配件”就采用同一开发方案。

It is the automobile sales statistics of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, which is not equal to the domestic terminal retail sales or registration volume, including export caliber. The year-on-year growth rate is 28.2% in 2025; this does not mean that every type of auto parts will grow at the same rate.
Lock the car model and adjacent parts first
相同车型名称，不同年款、配置和供应版本也可能存在差异。开发前需要明确适用范围，记录样车或样件版本，确认是否允许拆卸、哪些相邻部件必须保留、安装后是否妨碍原有操作。
我们会优先关注固定点、装配基准、可用空间和活动部件的避让，而不是只扫描最显眼的外表面。客户若希望覆盖多个版本，应分别收集差异资料，不能用一个样件直接宣称全车型适用。
The scan is complete, but it does not mean that it can be manufactured directly.
扫描得到的表面数据，能够帮助观察复杂曲面和整体轮廓；但安装孔、配合面、薄壁和深腔仍可能需要补充测量。先临三维的 Scan-to-CAD 资料也区分了扫描数据处理与工程模型重建，这并不是改一个文件后缀就能完成的工作。
在重建时要明确哪些面跟随实物、哪些位置需要恢复设计关系、哪些磨损或变形不应照搬。交付要求应写成关键基准、尺寸和文件用途，而不是只写“模型要很精准”。
Let the verification go back to the actual installation location
单个零件看起来贴合，不代表与邻接件装配后仍然正确。样机应检查装入顺序、间隙、紧固、拆卸维护、线束空间，以及正常操作时是否发生干涉。涉及车辆安全的部位，还需要相应专业验证，不能以逆向模型替代安全依据。
我们建议先用样件检查安装和外观，再推进后续模具或加工。记录每次回装的版本与问题，让客户能够区分是测量输入、模型处理还是制造偏差导致的问题。
Only with solid adaptation can we have a foundation for series development.
当基准、接口与版本清楚后，才有条件讨论同系列产品的通用件、替换件和外观差异。否则所谓平台化，很容易变成把不兼容的问题一起复制到后续产品里。
对于有实物、缺图纸的项目，我们可以先提供扫描和建模，再衔接结构改型、手板与加工沟通。客户获得的不只是一张效果图，而是一套能够继续评审、修改和验证的研发输入。
Opportunities for automotive products lie in specific models and specific issues. Only by getting the adaptation right first and then making the shape complete can the uncertainty of subsequent mold opening and assembly be reduced.
